At Sunshine BioLabs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of the products we sell and to protect product integrity and quality, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue with your shipment.

Returns

For safety, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, Sunshine BioLabs does not accept returns of products that have been delivered.

We cannot accept returns of products that have:

• Been opened or used
• Been stored outside our control
• Been exposed to unknown handling or environmental conditions
• Been altered or damaged after delivery

This policy helps ensure the quality and integrity of all products we provide.

Order Issues

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as possible:

• Incorrect item received
• Missing item(s)
• Shipping damage
• Product received in an unusable condition
• Carrier-related damage

Please include:

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

Providing complete information allows us to investigate and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we determine that an item was damaged during shipping, shipped incorrectly, or affected by an error on our part, Sunshine BioLabs may, at our sole discretion:

• Replace the affected product
• Issue a store credit
• Issue a refund to the original payment method

The resolution provided will depend on inventory availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content (if offered)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once a refund has been processed by Sunshine BioLabs, financial institutions may require several business days before the refund appears on your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your order, we ask that you contact Sunshine BioLabs before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Most order issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future orders being refused and any remedies available under applicable law being pursued.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once order processing or fulfillment has begun.

Shipping Errors

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.

Sunshine BioLabs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided, Sunshine BioLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
